Dear Bobcat Families,
First and foremost, on behalf of the Executive Board, I would like to thank you for joining the Brentfield Elementary Parent Teacher Association. Your membership dues help support our rich programming, and I am honored to be on this journey together as your PTA President.
Your PTA has been hard at work as we return to our traditional, pre-Covid events schedule. Already this year, we have welcomed incoming kindergarteners, organized school supply and spirit wear sales and hosted a variety of back-to-school events, including a luncheon for our staff, a first day of school coffee for parents, and the ice cream social for families. As we look toward fall, preparations for our Fall Carnival and Family Movie Night are underway and our spring schedule is packed full of fun with the return of Multicultural Night, the Auction Party at the Cavanaugh Flight Museum, Talent Show, and everyone’s favorite day, Buddy Fun Day.
In addition to these events, your 22-23 Brentfield PTA will also sponsor in-school educational programming, spirit t-shirts, and field trips for every student on campus. We will also fund various educational opportunities, classroom supplies, monthly meals, and special-occasion gifts for our beloved staff and, for everyone, we are proud to purchase award-winning library books and defray the cost of substitute teachers for parent conferences. Without a doubt, your dollars are hard at work all around Brentfield Elementary!
